We came together because we share a common life goal, which is to increase economic growth and social inclusion for disengaged youth in the US and Mexico.
Covid accelerated the arrival of the future of work and we believe:
- 21st century skills are needed more urgently than ever.
- In a fractured world we need ways to increase connection, social interaction, and a sense of belonging.
- STEM though necessary is not sufficient, we need the intersection of art and technology
Adriana De Urquidi - CoFounder
For over 10 years, Adriana has been developing strategies and models for impact projects combined with field implementation. She has focused primarily on empowerment and rebuilding the social fabric in communities both in Mexico and the US. She has been in the social impact consulting space in model development, impact strategy, systems mapping and sustainable project development. Adriana is a member of the World Economic Forum through the Global Shapers and has collaborated in diverse global initiatives. She has OCD- Obsessive Curiosity Disorder.
Carlos Carpizo - CoFounder
Carlos is a thought leader with over 25 years of international experience having lived and worked in the United States, Europe and Latin America. He’s an entrepreneur, investor and former executive for two Fortune 500 companies as well as a mid-market privately held corporation.
He’s a published author and speaker on the future of work, 21st century skills & USMCA.
He’s a graduate of the Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico (ExATec) and Southern Methodist University (SMU). He has OCD- Obsessive Curiosity Disorder.
